20 minutes Aerobics, 20 minutes step, 20 minutes body conditioning. Suitable for all levels of fitness
Body Tone
45mins of toning the whole body from top to toe, using weights, bars and bands, targeting those particular body parts you could do with toning up.
The Power Hour.
A fantastic adrenaline charged class that will leave you feeling invigorated. Incorporates boxing, with pads and gloves, martial arts and body conditioning.
Legs, Bums and Tums.
Suitable for exercisers of all fitness levels, no co-ordination needed for this class so it’s ideal for beginner through to advanced.
Netball
WBHS Netball League starts Tuesday 19th September 2006.
Mathes are played each Tuesday from 6:30pm - 8:30pm on our floodlit outdoor
courts.
- Unlimited no of players in squad
- Unaffiliated teams welcome
- Competent Umpires Only
- Each team to provide own umpire
- Match Duration – 4 x 12mins
- Cost - £8.50 per team per match
- Fixtures and Results posted on website
- Played on New Floodlit Outdoor Courts
- Minimum Age 15
- The league will finish with a Saturday tournament with a prize for the
winning team
